Adam is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arkesden and leads our Credit Practice. For more than two decades Adam has built his career in the buyside search world consulting investment teams. He founded the firm in 2008 and has built up the six key practice areas that he retains overall responsibility for today.
Adam has built a deep network of senior Investment and Operations professionals both through his work with clients and through the Investment professionals he has worked with to build their careers over many years.
Adam began his career training with the Private Equity and Banking practice of Badenoch & Clark before building out his own business. He has, with his team, built Arkesden organically in to one of the leading boutique search firms in the buyside space.
Adams three daughters and his eternal quest for fitness keep him busy away from his professional work.
