Caroline is our dedicated HR business partner. She is CIPD Level 5 qualified. Caroline is passionate about building an exceptional team and creating a fantastic work environment. Her 10 years commercial experience developed her natural ability to build meaningful and lasting relationships and she thrives on the opportunity to improve people’s working lives.
Caroline joined Arkesden 4 years ago as Operations Manager working across finance, human resources, people management and administration providing her a holistic understanding of the business. In that time she has relocated the company, developed and executed successful hiring strategies, managed training programmes and implemented new processes to improve the efficiency of the company.
Out of the office motherhood keeps her busy but she relishes the chance to travel when she has the opportunity.
