Jamie is a Partner at Arkesden Partners in the Private Equity practice. He has specialised in Private Equity search during his career to date, placing individuals from the Head Of and Partner level through to Investment Directors, Principals and Senior Associates.
He’s successfully placed into both large cap and mid-market direct investment teams, alongside growth equity firms, co-investors, fund of funds and secondaries investors. Jamie works with a wide geographic reach, having executed searches in London, Europe, Asia and Africa and having sourced successful candidates globally.
Jamie is also a specialist in Buyside compensation. He advises many Arkesden clients on carry structures, LTIP, fixed compensation trends and broader benefits that all help clients to maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.
Away from the office, Jamie will most likely be playing, watching or talking about sport. He also enjoys travelling; nowadays geographically, but previously back in time when studying Ancient History.
