Lottie has joined Arkesden as Head of Research, bringing a background in early careers and talent mapping. In her role, she supports teams across the business in developing and scaling the firm’s research function, working across all of the core teams.
She specialises in building data-driven market maps for practice leads, providing insight to inform hiring decisions. Lottie is focused on developing an extensive network of candidates across multiple verticals, positioning herself to provide high quality and well aligned candidates for mandates.
In addition, Lottie is an active member of Arkesden’s gender diversity initiative, working closely with Level20 to support the advancement of women in the investment industry.
Outside of the office Lottie will probably be out for a run, or rushing to a yoga class.
