Molly joined Arkesden in 2010 and is a Partner and Head of Real Estate for the business. For 11 years, Molly has focused on partnering with top tier Real Estate Private Equity funds across Europe to help grow their Investment and Asset Management teams across Analyst, Associate, and Principal levels.
As one of the longest standing employees at Arkesden, Molly has enjoyed building the Real Estate practice from the ground up and is responsible for the company's reputation and success in the sector.
With a strong track record in increasing the presence of women in the Private Equity industry, Molly is a panelist for organisations including WIRE and works closely with Investment companies to help improve diversity.
When not in the office, Molly can be found exploring London's new restaurants or relaxing in Northern and Western Spain.
