Ross is a Partner at Arkesden Partners and a member of our PE practice. Prior to re-joining Arkesden Partners, Ross spent five years working for two global executive search firms, latterly with Korn Ferry’s Private Equity Practice.
He has focused on private equity search throughout his career, placing senior and mid-level investment professionals/operating partners into both large-cap and middle-market investment teams. In addition, Ross has worked on board and senior management searches for the portfolio companies of private equity funds.
Ross also advises Arkesden’s PE clients on a range of compensation and diversity and inclusion topics. This includes, carry structures, fixed compensation/bonus trends, and D&I reporting.
He has a broad geographic focus, and while his primary focus is to partner with UK/European clients, he has also executed searches with US and MENA based clients.
Away from work, Ross can be found on the golf course most weekends and is an eternally optimistic supporter of Scottish rugby.
