Shannon is currently a Researcher having joined the firm after University. Shannon supports teams across the business and has completed a high number of mandate executions with the firm across Private Equity, Credit, Energy and Real Estate.
Shannon focuses on building out data driven mapping for the practice leads within the firm and has a large network of candidates across multiple verticals to draw upon in her work.
With a background in Comparative Literature, Shannon is passionate about exploring different cultures and historical contexts, that inform narratives and foster deeper connections between people. This curiosity and interest in forging meaningful relationships led Shannon to executive search, where she enjoys putting her love for research to use.
Outside of the office, Shannon spends her time traveling around new places or enjoying the Cornish beaches when visiting home.
